President & CEO

With over 20 years' experience in finance and accounting, Kyle P. Sitler is President and CEO of Deal Arch, focused on managing client relationships and overseeing all engagement activities. Prior to Deal Arch, Mr. Sitler was CEO of Six Pillar Capital, where he oversaw advisory and valuation services for corporate clients. Mr. Sitler began his career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. As an investment banker, he has completed transactions ranging from raising seed capital for start-up companies to billion dollar plus mergers and IPOs. Later in his career, Mr. Sitler worked as a private equity investor at Ticonderoga Capital and an institutional real estate investor at Aspen Square Management. Mr. Sitler has extensive experience in real estate as an advisor, private investor, and property manager.

Mr. Sitler holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Finance from Babson College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also achieved the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

  Chief Operating Officer

Robert Schlyer has over 20 years' experience counseling, advising, and litigating on behalf of corporate and financial clients. As Chief Operating Officer of Deal Arch, Mr. Schlyer provides project oversight and ensures that Deal Arch clients’ needs are fully met in a timely manner.  Valuing client service above all else, Mr. Schlyer strives to fully understand the needs and goals of clients, as well as their reasoning, in order to craft the best course of action. Mr. Schlyer has particular expertise in negotiations and document drafting and editing. Mr. Schlyer specializes in contracts, offering documents, operating agreements, regulatory compliance, and buy-sell agreements. He has recent experience with the JOBS Act regulations and on-line corporate equity sales. An entrepreneur himself, Mr. Schlyer advises clients with new ventures, providing solid counsel on business entity formation, potential liability, international regulations, employment matters, succession strategies, and compliance issues.

A licensed attorney in Illinois, Mr. Schlyer holds a JD from the John Marshall Law School and a BA in History/Political Science from the University of Arizona. 

Marketing Director

With 20+ years of experience, David Cole is Marketing Director of Deal Arch. His responsibilities include print and web-based graphic design, creative conception, commercial photography,
aerial drone photography and video, print/digital layout and coordination of all documentation, presentation, and marketing materials developed for Deal Arch clients. Before joining Deal Arch, David was Marketing Director for ARA’s national senior housing platform. Prior to that, David worked as a pre-press production artist/variable digital print specialist with Targetbase, a database, analytics, and marketing agency whose client list included American Honda Motors, P&G, Southwest, TLC Laser Eye Centers, John Deere, United Healthcare, GlaxoSmithKline, DirecTV, and Gatorade.

David received his degree from the Art Institute of Dallas in Computer Animation, specializing in character conceptualization. Through continuing education courses, he strives to stay up-to-date on the latest technology in order to create unique and compelling materials for Deal Arch clients.
